He was the youngest Manager at a global accounting firm, a top university graduate, and has been part of dozens of M&A transactions both as a buyer and seller. His expertise spans capital raising, strategic planning, complex acquisitions, and when it comes to creative deal structuring, it is hard to find anyone better.
