How We Help

Whether stabilizing through turnarounds, scaling growth, or executing acquisitions, we unlock capital that companies typically can’t find on their own, freeing business leaders to focus on execution, not financing.

Turnaround

When banking relationships fracture, we find alternative lenders who provide the lifeline businesses need to step back, stabilize, and position for the next leap forward.

Scaling

For cash-flowing businesses where growth is constrained by capital, not potential; we unlock the financing that accelerates momentum and delivers returns faster.

Acquisition

Whether consolidating markets, capitalizing on sector shifts, or enabling buyouts, we structure acquisitions and obtain the financing required to close deals without losing momentum.

How We Work

What Drives Us

We have a role to play in work that shapes livelihoods, and we show up with the intensity that professionals demand.
Our clients want partners who understand their business and are willing to work as hard as they do.

Where We Started

Our Timeline

Founded

Diamond Willow was established to bring capital markets discipline into mid-market financing, a space overwhelmed by brokers operating on speed alone. From the start, we chose depth over volume.

First Transaction

Our first deal closed with an alternative lender in a business their bank had written off, proving that conviction and creativity could unlock capital where others failed. It set the standard for everything that followed.

H&S Merger

The merger with H&S Advisory expanded our reach and reinforced our belief that principled execution attracts principled partners. Together, we deepened our bench and sharpened our edge.

Evolution

We grew our footprint across Canada, added quarterly bankability reviews, and broadened transaction support so clients can move from assessment to funding with confidence. The result was more right-sized capital, faster, and a clearer path back to conventional banking for our partners.
